  • I’m not very adventurous. I have used Fedora for nearly a decade without any problems. I I would like to stay problem free. Is the Fedora 10 any good.

  • We’re on the ”active groups” and the ”popular” groups. I think that is great.

This weekend I installed Linux Mint and I think it’s great. I was an Ubuntu person before this. Of course, Mint is based on Ubuntu. When I worked in a Novell environment, I tried out SuSE. I might have stuck with that if I had stayed at that job. At this point, it seems unlikely I’d move away from a debian based distribution…but you never know.

  • I think that such an open source 3D modeler is really cool called Blender 3D. Its almost more handy and better to use than rivals worth of several thousand of dollars. Blender simply rocks I dont know a better modeler.

  • open source software has little to do with what distribution of Linux one uses.

  • I use SuSE and find it rather stable. Unfortunately, it took me a lot of time to make all devices work, but I guess it is not only SuSE’s problem. Now I have everything in linux what I need, maybe, except Adobe (PDF editor is too simplified) and some games.
