My favorite activity is productive (1)dreaming: Forming new goals, projects, and inventions; composing music on the classical, electric, acoustic [and bass] guitars and piano or keyboard, or listening to new and labyrinthine songs via the inner pathways of the imagination; writing of those forms I find in solitude, and exercising the link between verbal communication and the abstract through poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and science-writing; the meditative practices from which I develop ideas include astral projection, lucid dreaming, and simple ventilation; nevertheless, I attempt to evolve a ‘thoughtful’ view of being and imagination, approaching the Universe as a Scientific Pantheist, like Dr Carl Sagan. (2)Science is one of my three tiers of essence — these three aspects are science, writing, and music — specifically, I am enchanted by astrobiology, astronomy, and all the fields on my list of favorite sciences. (3)Reading, my second favorite love, is the active side of the absportion facet of dreaming. Dreaming .:. Doing + Imagining .:. Creating + Meditating .:. Reading .:.’.:. (The base is the synthesis.) There are many languages I desire to learn. If I possessed another body, I would pursue cognitive neuroscience and linguistics passionately. (4)Cognitive health and nutrition are monumental, and I nourish my system through nootropics (like the racetams), supplements (fish-oils, spirulina, choline, etc.), programs (EEG biofeedback), and foods (kombucha!) (5)My minor hobbies include cooking and consuming foodstuffs, hiking, walking, exercise, wading cautiously into -isms (like Scientific Pantheism, trans-humanism, humanism, spiritualism, naturalism, and agnosticism), the visual arts (in which I rarely ever engage), animals (my pets!), thinking about the MC1R gene (responsible for hair and eye color) and other genes.
