Describe yourself

I have plenty of friends and plenty of dates, but I still seek someone to hang out with every evening, a best friend or girlfriend, that person who I know will be there. I like the feeling of community I get from that. Besides, I have a lot of unwatched DVDs, just waiting for someone to watch them with!

Who do I stick with in life? Those who are reliable, can be counted on, and who give me the feeling that I am understood. Those who always strive to see the positive side of things, and have fun.

I am more likely to feel understood by you if you are intelligent and at least a little bit liberally-minded.

I like knowing about things, and there are so many things in this world I don’t know or haven’t done or seen. I am not the stubbornly proud type who’s unwilling to learn things from a girl. Everyone has something to teach, and you will always find me a willing student.

I like people. My mood is always better when I have frequent friendly interaction with people whose company I like. However, I do better in small groups or one-on-one.

I will really like you if you are affectionate. Life without touching, to me, isn’t really living at all.

I live by a principle that I call “creating ease”. Meaning, I’ll offer anybody help with something that will be easier for me to do than for them to do. I’ll do some really big favors if they fit this principle. And I’ll only ask you for help with what’s easier for you to do than for me to do. And I expect the same courtesy from others.

  • You say that you like puzzle making, healthy consumption, theatre, singing, songwriting, all sciences: All check.

I’ve been an amateur musician for 10 years, playing the irish bodhran (drum). Google this: Gny , and you will find my music on myspace.

  • Definately!! The music industry is a ’harsh mistress’… I think it must be great doing music/theatre for fun. Definately the best way to go. However, when you’re doing it fulltime, you can give all your energy and thus getting better results.

  • Are there ANY Denver-area ladies on here?s

  • No, I am in software for a living, but I act in musicals and plays for fun. To be able to make a living from performing, that would be fun I think. But also perhaps less fun than not having to earn anything for it and yet doing it anyway.

  • Hiya! You’re also in the music industry then?? Am playing saxophone for a living…
